Shell reported losses of more than 15 billion euros this year

Shell announced on Thursday that it recorded losses of $ 17.666 billion (15.030 billion euros) in the first nine months of this year, compared to a profit of $ 14.888 billion (12.658 billion euros) in the same period in 2019, EFE reports.

Revenues amounted to $ 136.554 billion (116.180 billion euros), down 47.6% compared to January-September 2019.

Shell’s purchases amounted to $ 88.582 billion (75.365 billion euros), 53.9% lower than the same period in 2019, while production costs were $ 17.299 billion (14.717 billion euros) by 9, 8% below last year.

Total expenditures amounted to $ 161.009 billion (€ 136.986 billion), down 34.1%.
