HBO Max to launch in 15 European countries starting March 8

HBO Max platform is set to be launched on March 8 2022 in 15 other European countries.

WarnerMedia streaming platform entered Europe in October 2021, with the launch in the Nordic countries and Spain.

HBO Max new markets are Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

In these countries, customers who subscribe until March 31 receive a 33% discount on the regular price for life.

How much HBO Max costs?

The monthly subscription for HBO Portugal is 4.99 euros and for HBO Max a Portuguese will have to pay 5.99 euros.

Current subscribers and those who subscribe until March 31 will have to pay 3.99 euros per month.

The price for a one-month HBO Max subscription in Poland is set at PLN 29.99 (19.99 PLN per month with the 33% discount).

After March 31 an additional annual subscription plan option will also be offered for PLN 234.99.

HBO Max will allow users, just like the Netflix app, to create up to 5 profiles and does not impose a maximum number of devices that can be used under a single account.

The platform also offers 5.1 surround sound, Dolby Atmos and some movies and series in 4K quality.
